According to the ministry, it is consistent with the presidential decree signed on March 23.
Reportedly, important records, premarital medical tests, registrations of international passports are carried out on an extraterritorial basis (regardless of the place of permanent or temporary registration of citizens).
From this year, it has also become possible to receive an application form for obtaining a biometric passport for traveling abroad and paying the state duty in electronic form through the Single portal of interactive state services.
