Sariasiya district khokim becomes Deputy Minister of Construction

A new staff appointment has occurred in the system of the Construction Ministry.

Former khokim of the Sariasiya district of Surkhandarya region, Uktam Turayev, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Construction.

He replaced Erkin Iskandarov, who has been transferred to another job.

Uktam Turayev was born in 1979 in the Muzrabad district of Surkhandarya region. In 2000 he graduated from Termez State University, in 2002 – from the Tashkent Automobile and Road Institute and in 2011 – from the Academy of Public Administration.

In 2017, he became the khokim of the Boysun district. Since 2019, he had been heading the Sariasiya district.
