According to the document, the Ministry of Construction is mandated to ensure the establishment of the electronic system “Attentive Citizen” by September 1, 2021, which allows citizens to independently obtain information about projects under construction, identify facilities being erected illegally, and record (in the form of photographic and video materials) detected irregularities at construction sites and to send them to authorized control bodies.
In addition, until March 1, 2022, it is planned to develop the program “Zero Injuries at Construction Sites” based on the Concept of the International Social Security Association (ISSA).
