In some schools in Kibray, Zangiota, Chinaz and Tashkent districts, students and teachers tested positive for coronavirus.
According to UZA, these classes will continue their education online.
“Unfortunately, the number of cases of coronavirus infection has also increased in some parts of Tashkent region in recent days. In particular, on March 15, coronavirus was detected in two school children in one of the districts. Therefore, the classes in which these students study have completely switched to online mode,” the report said.
Also, according to the Service for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health of the Zangiota district, four students of school No. 29 tested positive for coronavirus, as a result of which from March 12 this year some classes of the school were also forced to switch to online mode.
On March 13, a teacher at secondary school No. 17 of the Chinaz district was admitted to the infectious disease hospital of the Zangiota district. Therefore, from March 15, students of her classes will continue to study online for 14 days.
Earlier it was reported that Tashkent would strengthen quarantine control.
