Ambassador Botirjon Asadov takes part in a meeting with Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov
On January 21, in Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a meeting with the ambassadors of the CIS member states.

As Russia’s MFA reported, the meeting was also attended by the chairman of the executive committee – CIS Executive Secretary Sergey Lebedev, CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas and Board Chairman of the Eurasian Economic Commission Mikhail Myasnikovich.
“During the conversation, the results of joint work in 2020 within the CIS, CSTO and EAEU were summed up, further steps were outlined to develop cooperation. The importance of conjugation of multi-level integration processes in the post-Soviet space was emphasized,” the statement reads.
The participants also exchanged views on current international and regional issues.
