Schedule of additional day-offs for 2021 announced
The President has signed the decree on establishing the schedule of additional non-working days during the celebration of official holidays in 2021.

According to the document, the following days are set as additional non-business days:
Thursday, 2 September,
Friday, 3 September.
In addition, the decree stipulates that January 2, March 20, September 4, March 22 are non-working days for everybody regardless of the type of work week.
Also in 2021, the March 27 non-business day has been transferred to March 22.
In budgetary organizations, the additional working day is compensated by reducing the annual leave of employees by one day.
In determining the average monthly wage for the period of annual leave, employers will take account of the actual duration of the leave with the addition of non-working days.
In organizations that do not have a budget, the additional day-off shall be established on the basis of financial possibilities and in accordance with collective agreements or other local acts, adopted by employers in agreement with trade union committees.
