Uzbekistan will prepare a fair by November at the national exposition center on the territory of the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy (VDNKh) in Moscow. The corresponding resolution was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers on August 29.
Pavilion No. 66 on the territory of the All-Russian Exhibition Center in Moscow has been leased to Uzbekistan for 49 years. After the reconstruction and equipping of the pavilion, the Exhibition and Cultural Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be opened there.
For the maintenance and operation of the exposition center in the structure of the SUE “InterForum”, a special directorate is being created under the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade.
The constituent documents will be prepared and approved in accordance with Russian legislation, the directorate will be located in Moscow.
The directorate is financed by proceeds from business activities and the provision of contractual services, lease of buildings (areas) and structures, charitable donations, funds from IFIs and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation. If necessary, extra-budgetary funds of the Ministry of Investments and Trade, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and their subordinate organizations will be spent.
SUE “InterForum” is the single coordinator for organizing and holding international conferences, exhibitions, fairs, forums and other events in the pavilion rented by Uzbekistan.
