Shavkat Mirziyoyev visits the Islam Karimov Square in Moscow
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Islam Karimov Square in Moscow, which is located near the Embassy of Uzbekistan.

Mirziyoyev laid flowers at the foot of the monument and paid tribute to the memory of the first President of Uzbekistan, the presidential press service said.
The monument to Islam Karimov was erected in Moscow on October 18, 2018.
Earlier today, the President of Uzbekistan took part in the Victory Parade. At the end of the parade, Mirziyoyev, together with other heads of states, paid tribute to the heroes of World War II by laying flowers at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden.
