UzAuto Motors regularly studies the activities of dealer enterprises to improve customer service and transparency in car sales.

As a result of such investigations, a number of mistakes and corruption cases were revealed in the activity of the dealer enterprise Khorezm Avtosavdo LLC.

As it turned out, the company does not have a system to ensure the transparency of the sales process and to create a favorable conditions for customers to purchase cars.

Safety and sanitary conditions in the enterprise and repair area do not meet the established regulations, the sales department does not have sufficient staff. There were some other disadvantages related to the storage and delivery of cars. Due to the fact that the pre-sale section is not organized according to the standard, some vehicles have not been tested at all.
  
The inspection revealed a deficit in the warehouse and people working in car repair areas were not familiar with the safety regulations.

Also, cars sold for fixed-term payments as part of sales campaign announced by the company were not properly registered.

Regular updating of the information in the car show, poor organization of the Call Center at the enterprise has caused a number of inconveniences to customers.

As a result of the aforementioned cases, the head of the Khorezm Avtosavdo dealer enterprise was relieved of his post and the new manager has been tasked with eliminating the existing shortcomings and errors.
