People propose to abolish customs duties on import of domestically produced cars after their export
It is proposed to abolish customs duties on import of cars manufactured by UzAuto Motors JSC.

A petition to abolish customs duties on import of cars manufactured in Uzbekistan has been published on the collective appeals portal āMening Fikrimā (āMy Opinionā).
āIt is expedient to abolish customs duties on the re-import of domestically produced cars after their export. Let customs duties on foreign-made cars remain the same,ā the petitioner wrote.
It was noted that the purchase of Uzbek cars at foreign market prices will increase the turnover several times. People will have cars at low prices. In addition, the purchasing power of the national product will also increase.
āConsidering the abovementioned, we propose to abolish customs duties on import of cars manufactured by UzAuto Motors JSC,ā the petition concluded.
