During the event, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade Sardor Umurzakov made a statement, emphasizing the systematic and confident progress of Uzbekistan along the path of new reforms aimed at increasing the transparency of the economy and its readiness to continue integration into the global economic space, offered European companies to take advantage of unique opportunities for doing business in Uzbekistan, and also expressed readiness to provide comprehensive support in resolving related issues.
In turn, the leaders and representatives of European companies outlined their vision of plans for activities in Uzbekistan, voicing priority areas and industries for cooperation and mutually beneficial partnership mechanisms in joint projects.
After the round table, a session was held in G2B format, where representatives of European companies and their potential counter partners got the opportunity to directly discuss individual issues related to further cooperation.
