The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution “On measures for the phased implementation of a new sample of a real estate cadastre passport”.
According to the document, the State Committee on Land Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and the State Cadastre was instructed to introduce a new cadastral passport in Andijan, Namangan, Fergana regions and the city of Tashkent. Starting from March 1 of next year, new passports will be issued at the Centers for State Services in the Fergana Valley and the capital.
In 2020-2022, this passport will be issued throughout the republic.
It should be recalled that from April 16, 2018, a cadastral apartment passport has been issued in Tashkent. The document is a secure form of the established form with watermarks, and contains technical parameters of the apartment, cadastral value, apartment plan, information about the owners and the state registration of rights to the apartment on the date of issue.
Also, the cadastral passport of the apartment contains a QR code, according to which its status, authenticity can be checked online. Information about the compliance of the technical parameters of the apartment with the parameters specified in the Passport, additional information about the apartment, information about the burdens and restrictions to the real estate can be obtained at the time of online check.
