Parliament representative of Malaysia to visit Uzbekistan, meet with the leadership of Senate

On December 20-25, 2019, delegation of Malaysia headed by Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (Dewan Rakyat) Mohd Rashid bin Hasnon will visit Uzbekistan, the MFA press service reports.
According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia, the program of the visit includes meetings with the leadership of the Senate and the Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis, a number of ministries and agencies to discuss prospects for further development of bilateral relations.
Malaysian delegation will attend the upcoming parliamentary elections as international observers and will visit the Imam al-Bukhari Memorial Complex in Samarkand and familiarize themselves with the sights of the city.
