The region’s first Smart City will be built on an area of 18 hectares by the developer who has an experience in conducting large-scale projects in Brazil, India, the UAE, Russia and other countries, UzA reports.
At the presentation, MJ Developers’ co-founder Ankit Jalan noted that Namangan has been a center of craftsmanship and distinctive architecture for many centuries. The architects and designers of the company said that they were inspired by the history of the region and developed the Namangan Square concept.
It was emphasized that the company plans to build the Namangan Square in 2021. It will be a home for 10,000 citizens.
About 325,000 square meters of office, residential and retail space is planned to be built on more than 10 hectares of park space with a unique landscape design that combines cutting-edge solutions with the ancient traditions of Namangan gardening.
The main decoration of the Namangan Square will be two towers of unique design and construction. These first skyscrapers in the Fergana Valley will undoubtedly be added to the long list of tourist attractions in the region, UzA notes.
The project was designed by the world famous architect from India Hafiz Contractor.
