On November 27, Tashkent will host the second consultative meeting of the CA heads of state. This was announced on Tuesday by the First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.
“I previously urged our neighbors to get together for a consultative meeting. Such a meeting was held in Astana (Nur-Sultan). I would like such gatherings to take place in different capitals of the region. I hope this year, November 27, the meeting will be held in Tashkent as scheduled,” Nazarbayev said.
As Nazarbayev noted, there are unresolved issues between Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. “Clashes occur, people die,” the former head of Kazakhstan noted.
The first consultative meeting of the CA heads of state was held in March 2018 in the capital of Kazakhstan. In July this year, the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan reported that the second meeting would be held in Tashkent in the fall.
