Ashraf Khojaev has been appointed head of the Directorate-General for Foreign Economic Cooperation (DGFEC) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the press service of the MFA said.

Khodjaev had previously worked as head of the Department for Attraction of Foreign Investments, Financial and Technical Assistance.

According to the Foreign Ministry, the DGFEC includes the Department for Attraction of Foreign Investments, Financial and Technical Assistance, the Department for Promotion of Export and Foreign Trade Relations, the Department for Coordination of activities of Intergovernmental Commissions and the Department for International Cooperation in Tourism Development.
