By the end of 2019, 398 multi-storey buildings with more than 18,000 apartments will be built in Tashkent. This is reported on the Facebook page of the capital's administration.
It is noted that the growth in housing construction compared to last year is 54%.
In the total volume of residential buildings, 191 houses (more than 8,000 apartments) will be built under the program of affordable housing construction.
For low-income families, 45 houses (2,500 apartments) will be built on the Choshtepa block of the Sergeli district, as well as 23 houses (900 apartments) on the Oktepa block of the Chilanzar district.
This year private entrepreneurs will build 91 houses (4,500 apartments). In addition, the “Yedinaya slujba podderjki” (“Unique support service”) will build 48 houses for more than 2,000 apartments.
