The court suspended the decision of the Sanitary-Epidemiological Service (SES) to close the plant "Molochnaya kukhnya" in Tashkent until April 24, the company said.
On April 15, the company reported that two years ago, they tried to “squeeze” the territory of the plant and “not for the first time”. “After two years of litigation, we were able to win back our real estate and prove the groundlessness of contrived claims”.
“The other day, we were checked by the Sanitary-Epidemiological Service. The business ombudsman, who is obliged to protect the rights and interests of entrepreneurs, gave permission for this “ordered” unreasonable check. The check failed to reveal any irregularities. But it was decided to suspend the activities of our plant due to the fact that there is a “burial ground” of dead animals at 50 meters from our plant,” the report reads.
On April 24, during the following court session, the company will need to prove that the decision of the SES is inappropriate. The company also asked consumers to sign a petition against closure of the plant, which has already been signed by 2,500 thousand people.
“We have five more days at our disposal to inform as many people as possible about the lawlessness of the decision. To date, we have collected about 2,500 thousand signatures. Thank you for your support! We ask everyone to come to any point of sale and sign up for a collective complaint. We will be able to prove that people's will is stronger than the will of officials,” the company added.
