Forbes announces list of most influential Russians. What position Alisher Usmonov holds?

Forbes has announced the first rating of the most powerful Russians. The list included top 100 officials, entrepreneurs, top managers and representatives of security structures.
Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation topped the list, while Herman Gref of “Sberbank” and Alexey Miller of “Gazprom” shared the second and third positions respectively.
Among the top ten most influential people of Russia are Igor Sechin (Rosneft), Dmitry Medvedev (Russian Prime Minister) Vladimir Bogdanov (Surgutneftegaz), Elvira Nabiullina (Russian Bank), Alexander Bortnikov (FSB), Oleg Belozyorov (Russian Railways) and Vagit Alekperov (Lukoil).
Alisher Usmanov, the founder and owner of USM Holdings Ltd, was ranked 31st in the list, preceded by Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu (30) and closely followed by Andrey Milnichenko (32) of EuroChem.
The leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia, Vladimir Zhirinovsky, has summed up the rating.
