Solar panel malfunction causes rooftop fire in Tashkent
Four firefighting and rescue teams were dispatched to extinguish the fire.

On May 15, at 10:15 AM, the Tashkent Department of Emergency Situations received a report about a fire on the roof of the Havas store, located on Kipchak Street in the Sergeli district.
Four firefighting and rescue crews were sent to the scene. The fire was localized by 11:00 and fully extinguished by 11:04.
No casualties or injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
According to store representatives, the fire was caused by a solar panel installed on the roof by the building owner.
