Actress left disabled after on-set accident during Ozoda Nursaidova’s music video filming
The unfortunate incident occurred on November 7, 2024, when a minor actress driving a Mercedes-Benz G-Class (Gelandewagen) lost control of the vehicle and ran over fellow actress Sabrina Jabborova. As a result, Jabborova suffered severe injuries and was left disabled. When she sought assistance for her recovery, she reportedly received only empty promises and threats. The actress later appealed to the public on social media.

According to Sabrina, the Gelandewagen was driven by S.M., a minor actress who was also participating in the filming of singer Ozoda Nursaidova’s music video Dilbarim.
"Following instructions from the operator and director, Sh.M., the underage actress pressed the gas pedal but lost control of the vehicle. The car's wheels ran over me twice — first, the front wheel completely passed over my body, and then the rear wheel spun over me. As a result, my pelvic bone was fractured, and I sustained serious injuries to other parts of my body," Sabrina shared in an Instagram post.
Due to the lack of immediate medical assistance, she lost a significant amount of blood. She was later taken to Hospital No. 4, where she underwent a nine-hour surgery that saved her life. However, due to surgical errors, her left leg ended up being 7 cm longer than her right leg, leaving her permanently disabled.
Doctors have stated that in order to restore her health, her pelvic bone would need to be broken and realigned — a high-risk surgery with a very low success rate.
In her plea for help, Sabrina alleged that A.K. brought the underage driver to the filming set and allowed her to drive.
She also claimed that the filming organizers and other responsible individuals failed to provide sufficient support. Over a four-month period, they only paid a $500 fine for violating technical safety regulations during the shoot.
"When my mother asked for help so that I could walk again, we received only empty promises and threats. They even warned us that if any information about the incident spread online, all assistance would be stopped," she wrote.
It has been reported that the case has been taken to court, but the trial has not yet begun. Sabrina also stated that the investigator refused to provide her with case materials.
Furthermore, she mentioned that to regain the ability to walk normally, she would need to undergo another surgery abroad and has appealed to the public for help.
In response to Kun.uz's inquiry, the Ministry of Culture did not deny the incident but refused to disclose additional details.
