Emergency call buttons installed in Tashkent metro for instant assistance
These buttons enable passengers to contact metro staff via audio or video to request assistance.

The installation of emergency call buttons has begun in the Tashkent metro.
According to the Poytakht news program on Tashkent TV channel, the initiative aims to enhance passenger safety and prevent violations within the metro system.
By pressing the button, passengers can connect with metro staff to report incidents or request help.
Through the metro’s surveillance cameras and speakers, staff members will establish an audio or video connection with the caller. All interactions will be automatically recorded in the system.
