Brand Awards International: Recognizing business excellence in 2024
Uzbekistan’s well-known Brand of the Year award has rebranded this year with a new name, logo, and format, transforming into an international recognition platform for business achievements in 2024.

The Marketing Association of Uzbekistan has announced the start of applications for participation in the VIII brand award – Brand Awards International. Every business owner's goal is to create a product and effectively communicate its value to consumers. The best tool on this path is building a reliable and recognizable brand that helps each consumer meet their most sophisticated needs.
We do not always have enough information about a particular brand, its value, and its benefits – especially when it comes to local or lesser-known brands. As a result, many potential customers remain unaware of brands that suit their needs, preventing these brands from reaching their full market potential.
In our lives, we always seek confirmation of our choices through recommendations from sources we trust – friends, relatives, colleagues. A professional recommendation in this area is especially valuable, as it always makes our decision easier and adds confidence when making a choice.
To achieve this, brand owners must clearly convey the core values of their brand in a form that is understandable to their consumers – values that loyal customers focus on first and foremost, for whom the product’s name signifies genuine quality, comfort, and convenience.
To address this, the organizers of Brand Awards International have designed an optimal participation format that highlights key brand achievements and evaluates their value. Based on certain qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the brand, consumers will be able to obtain essential information about the brand’s achievements over the past year in terms of its value and future reliability.
To participate in the award, it is necessary to submit an application on our website (marketing.uz), answer the questions in the brief, and provide information for calculating the brand’s value. The brand’s value will be calculated and published only upon the request of the award participant.
An expert jury will assess brands based on qualitative and quantitative data to determine the award recipients. Any brand from any country can participate in the competition.

Moreover, it’s not just a number, but the real profit a business receives thanks to a loyal audience,” notes Diyor Mirzaakhmedov, Executive Chairman of the Board of the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan.
“The only reason a business owner works is to increase the brand’s value, which includes product development, understanding the consumer, quality control, competitor analysis, team-building, and more. A brand is not just a logo – a brand is a clear development strategy for the company and its products for the coming years, understandable and shared by consumers.”
The five most valuable brands in the world for 2024, according to the InterBrand ranking, are: Apple ($488.9 billion), Microsoft ($352.5 billion), Amazon ($298.1 billion), Google ($291.3 billion), and Samsung ($100.8 billion).
Every consumer of these brands understands that their attention and purchases contribute to the development of these brands.
If your brand is small, it should still be aware of its value specifically for its consumers, regardless of market share or the number of consumers who express their loyalty with their wallets.
