Justice Ministry launches AI-powered Odil chatbot for government services
The Ministry of Justice has launched the AI-powered chatbot – "Odil" – on Telegram to simplify access to government services, making it easier for citizens to find relevant information quickly and efficiently.

By launching Odil, the workload of operators handling the 1148 hotline will be significantly reduced, allowing for real-time, instant responses to user inquiries.
In 2024 alone, the 1148 hotline received nearly 135,000 calls from citizens. Of these, approximately 128,000 inquiries — or 95% — were addressed by specialists providing legal guidance.
