Nukus to host first Aral Cultural Summit
Nukus will host the first Aral Cultural Summit from April 4 to 6, 2025, according to the Uzbekistan Culture and Arts Development Foundation.

The summit will be held every 18 months and will gather local and international activists, artists, and scholars to search for ecological, social, and cultural solutions to promote sustainable development in Karakalpakstan.
The summit will focus on social and ecological transformation of the Aral region through art, culture, design, and science.
