3,500 children from low-income families to receive grants for admission to higher education
As part of the "From Poverty to Prosperity" program in Uzbekistan, 3,500 children from low-income families will be supported and prepared for admission to higher education institutions through grant-based opportunities, following the established procedures.

According to the presidential decree on the implementation of the "Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy during the "Environmental Protection and Green Economy" year, a range of activities will be launched starting from the 2025-2026 academic year. These initiatives aim to enhance human potential and create a favorable educational environment.
The Central Asian University of Environmental and Climate Change Studies will be designated as a leading institution for higher education in fields such as ecology, environmental protection, and climate change. This university will also establish educational programs in the field of "circular economy."
"Green technical schools" will be set up in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional areas, and the city of Tashkent, affiliated with the Central Asian University of Environmental and Climate Change Studies.
State higher education institutions specializing in natural sciences, engineering, economics, and finance will introduce courses and curricula on "Environmental Protection and Green Development." By gradually increasing the number of available grant places, the state order for fields such as exact and natural sciences, engineering, services, and medicine will rise to 25,000.
The "El-Yurt Umidi" Foundation will allocate up to 20 scholarships for students pursuing education in environmental protection, climate change, and related disciplines.
In every district and city across the republic, at least one general education school meeting inclusive education standards will be gradually established.
