Nearly 1,000 petitions from individuals and legal entities were granted, challenging decisions made by governors.
Additionally, regional and equivalent administrative courts reviewed 3,174 cases in the appellate process, resulting in 385 first-instance court decisions being annulled and 14 being amended. In cassation proceedings, 1,208 cases were reviewed, leading to the annulment of 130 first-instance court decisions and amendments to 4 decisions. In the revision procedure, 1,649 cases were examined, with 141 lower court decisions being annulled and 2 amended.
The Judicial Panel on Administrative Cases of the Supreme Court examined 2,132 complaints and protests in the revision process. Of these, 309 were considered based on case materials, resulting in the annulment of 95 lower court decisions.
