Representatives of the regulatory body drew attention to the mobile operator's advertising materials in the media. The wording in these materials was characterized as "exaggerated or misleading."
A special commission initiated a case against COSCOM LLC for violating the requirements of the "Advertising Law." A decision was made to impose a financial fine.
The operator was also instructed to eliminate the identified violations and prevent their recurrence in the future. If the company disagrees with the decision, it has the right to appeal to the Committee's appellate council or to the court, the agency noted.
