A notable addition to these plans is the proposed route from Uzbekistan to China, running from Nukus through Urgench, Bukhara, and ending in Urumqi.

Other proposed international routes include:

• Kazakhstan: Bukhara to Turkistan, Urgench to Aktau, and Fergana to Almaty (via Tajikistan).
• Tajikistan: Samarkand to Dushanbe and Bukhara to Dushanbe.
• Kyrgyzstan: Andijan to Osh, Andijan to Jalal-Abad, Andijan to Arslanbob, Kasansay to Jalal-Abad, and Bukhara to Bishkek.
• Russia: Surkhandarya to Moscow (via Bukhara, Urgench, and Nukus), Urgench to Ufa (via Nukus), Nukus to Krasnodar, Tashkent to Ufa, and Tashkent to Krasnodar.

The Ministry has invited transportation companies interested in operating these and other potential routes on a reciprocal basis to submit their proposals.
