The Uzbek economy currently requires 200,000 skilled professionals adept at working with modern technologies. With plans to launch new enterprises by 2027, an additional 500,000 qualified specialists will be needed. To bridge this gap, private businesses cooperating with vocational colleges through dual education systems will receive expanded support, with initiatives aimed at creating attractive conditions for such partnerships.

Improving foreign language education was also prioritized. Language courses and vocational training programs involving foreign experts are planned for at least five technical colleges in each region. This initiative seeks to enhance the global competitiveness of the country's workforce.

Modernizing vocational training centers is another key focus. Grants will be mobilized to equip 65 centers under the Ministry of Employment with state-of-the-art educational tools. Construction training programs will be updated, and digitized admission systems will enable these centers to train up to 20,000 specialists annually.

To recognize informal learning and apprenticeships, five professional skills assessment centers will be established across Uzbekistan, offering internationally recognized certification.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been tasked with simplifying visa regimes with countries like the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Slovakia, Australia, and New Zealand. This initiative aims to facilitate education, skills enhancement, and employment opportunities for Uzbeks in advanced industries abroad.

Access to programs like "Work & Travel," allowing students to study and earn in Europe during vacation periods, will also be expanded. The Youth Affairs Agency will provide loans to participants to cover travel expenses, fostering broader participation in these initiatives.

Additionally, measures will be taken to ensure returning Uzbeks have access to high-paying jobs and social support, reinforcing the government’s commitment to fostering economic mobility and inclusion for its citizens.
