Uzhydromet: Past autumn was slightly warmer than usual

Throughout the month, there were alternating warm and cold waves. However, the warm spells lasted longer and were more intense. A brief cold period in mid-November saw temperatures drop by 4–5°C, with nighttime temperatures in most regions falling to 0…-4°C, and to -6…-9°C in northern areas.

The first five days of November were the warmest, with daytime highs reaching +20…+25°C across much of the country, +27°C in some areas, and +29…+31°C in the south.

In terms of rainfall, November was drier overall, but some days saw heavy showers. Significant rainfall occurred on November 5–6, 13, 20–21, and 30, with Chimgan, Oygain, and Kul stations recording historical rainfall on November 5–6.

While the total rainfall for November was 1.5–2 times higher than average, the northwest, desert regions, and far south of Uzbekistan experienced a rainfall deficit.
