The parties discussed ongoing and future collaborative projects, focusing on areas including high-tech innovation, green energy, and “smart” agriculture.
At the meeting, Saidov emphasized that the summit held in Tashkent this past June, attended by the presidents of both countries, opened new avenues for strengthened cooperation in high technology, the innovation economy, green energy, smart agriculture, and beyond.
"We focused on implementing all agreements between our countries, developing comprehensive new projects, especially in the economic field, and enhancing cooperation on regional and international levels," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
This diplomatic engagement builds on the June 13-15 state visit of South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol to Uzbekistan. The leaders of Uzbekistan and South Korea signed a Joint Statement at the Tashkent summit, reaffirming their commitment to deepening and expanding the strategic partnership between the two nations.
