This discovery came after a swift operation by the officers of the Tashkent Department for Combating Economic Crimes. H.S. admitted to the offense during the court session and expressed regret for his actions. He claimed that he was unaware of the legal procedures surrounding cryptocurrency trading and asked the court for leniency, vowing not to repeat such actions in the future.

As part of the ruling, the court ordered the destruction of the iPhone 7 Plus used in the illegal transactions in accordance with legal procedures. H.S. was sentenced to 10 days of administrative detention under Article 155-4, Part 1, for conducting illegal cryptocurrency-related activities.
