Uzbekistan establishes diplomatic relations with two more countries
Uzbekistan has established diplomatic relations with Cape Verde and the Seychelles.

The Foreign Minister of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation, and Regional Integration of Cape Verde Rui Alberto de Figueiredo Soares have signed a joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
At the meeting, Saidov emphasized that this partnership will open new opportunities for the people of both countries.
Diplomatic relations have also been established with the Seychelles. The corresponding joint communiqué was signed by Bakhtiyor Saidov and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism Sylvestre Radegonde.
"There are several areas of promising cooperation, especially in the fields of public diplomacy and tourism exchanges in both directions," noted Bakhtiyor Saidov.
