He noted that the borders between Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, which became unclear due to the flood, will be delineated according to a new strategy.

Mansoor said that the plan developed based on the instructions of the Afghan leader will be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, the General Directorate of Intelligence, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

"Our borders with Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan were eroded due to floods. The important thing is that we are carrying out significant work on defining past borders, and we discussed this issue with the Afghan leader twenty days ago," he said.

The minister did not specify what the new border restoration strategy would be like.

At the same time, Mansoor emphasized Afghanistan's need for water management and energy production, stating that the country aims to achieve self-sufficiency by building large dams and utilizing water, wind, and solar resources.

Additionally, the Afghan official emphasized that the management of water resources would not harm neighboring countries.

"None of our actions are aimed at harming our neighbors, and we have not used more water than our share to harm our neighbors, nor do we intend to do so," said Farooq Azam, the senior advisor of the Ministry of Energy and Water.
