The State Assets Management Agency has announced a bidding for the privatization of the Neftgazmontaj company.

The consultant for the transaction is Mosaic Financial. Interested parties are invited to submit an expression of interest in Uzbek, Russian, or English.

Applicants must provide information about shareholders or founders holding more than 5% and the ultimate beneficiaries. The application must also include financial statements for the last three years.

Applications are accepted via email at info@mosaic-financial.uz and bakhromov@mosaic-financial.com. The deadline is 18:00 Tashkent time on August 27.

Candidates admitted to the second stage of bidding will be asked to submit a binding offer and pay a deposit of at least 1% of the proposed price. After signing a non-disclosure agreement, they will receive access to detailed information about the asset.

The buyer will be required to maintain the company's business profile for five years. Additionally, they are prohibited from reducing personnel and jobs within the first two years after the deal.
