C&N Associates plans to build a "Smart City" in Nurafshon for $10-15 billion
American company C&N Associates has also presented a plan to launch a high-speed train between Nurafshon and Tashkent.

The American company C&N Associates plans to build a "Smart City" in Nurafshon, according to the press service of the Tashkent region administration.
The governor of the region, Zoir Mirzaev, recently met with a delegation led by the company's director, Ronald James Hubbard. The guests presented a project for a district to be created in the administrative center of the region.
The "Smart City" will be located on an area of 1,600 hectares. The total cost of the project is estimated at $10-15 billion.
The district will host government organizations and enterprises, medical institutions, and educational institutions. Additionally, industrial zones and technoparks will be created to provide jobs for local residents.
The parties discussed C&N's proposals to attract more than 15 partners and investors to the project. The first initiative will be the construction of a factory for producing building materials from local raw materials.
Furthermore, it is planned to launch high-speed trains between Tashkent and Nurafshon. Following the meeting, the parties signed a memorandum of cooperation on the outlined areas.
