Uzbekistan, Bangladesh eye to strengthen bilateral engagement
Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, met with the Foreign Secretary of Bangladesh, Masud bin Momen, who is on a visit to Tashkent.

At the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for their further development.
"We considered the dynamically expanding bilateral agenda based on historical and cultural ties and discussed ways to further develop Uzbek-Bangladeshi cooperation in all areas focused on strengthening the well-being of the people of our countries,” Saidov wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the minister, there is undoubtedly a huge potential for joint work, "especially in the economic direction."
