Agreement on supply of Uzbek products reached in Warsaw
With the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan, an event was held at the Poland-Asia Chamber of Commerce and Industry as part of the visit to Poland of the delegation of the Altyaryk district (Fergana region), headed by governor Shamsiddin Turdaliev, with the participation of representatives of Polish business.

About 20 representatives of the business community of Uzbekistan and Poland took part in the event. The forum was opened by the President of the Poland-Asia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Janusz Piechociński. In his speech, he especially noted that trade, economic and investment cooperation between Poland and Uzbekistan is growing stronger, especially bilateral trade, the volume of which has tripled in recent years. The presence of untapped opportunities in the field of external labor migration was also noted.
Ambassador of Uzbekistan Amirsaid Agzamkhodjaev spoke about promising areas of mutually beneficial cooperation and called for further expansion of investment partnerships and industrial cooperation. He emphasized that there is great potential for the development of direct ties between businessmen of the two countries.
The forum participants highly appreciated the large-scale reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan and expressed their readiness to help accelerate the process of modernization of the country.
At the end of the event, the heads of the Fergana enterprises “NURT FRUIT”, “Altiariq Eco Sanitary” and “HAMZA EXPO ART TEXTILE” held negotiations in a B2B format with representatives of the companies “PPH EWA-BIS Sp z o.o.”, “G.D. International Poland Sp. o.o.,” “Bombacio” and other Polish businessmen, as a result of which agreements were reached on the export of textiles, leather and footwear, agricultural and food products to Poland.
Particular emphasis was placed on the issue of opening representative offices of Polish companies in Uzbekistan to resolve transport and logistics issues.
An agreement was also reached to organize a business mission to the Fergana region in August under the leadership of the President of the Poland-Asia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Janusz Piechociński.
