Ex-presidential candidate becomes vice-rector of Agrarian University

Narzullo Oblomuradov has been appointed vice-rector for academic affairs at the Tashkent State Agrarian University, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture reports.
Oblomuradov is the former head of the Ecological Party and a presidential candidate in the 2021 elections.
Since July 2023, he served as vice-rector for research and innovation at the Tashkent Financial Institute.
He was born in 1975 in the Urgut district, Samarkand region. In 1996, he graduated from the Tashkent University of World Economy and Diplomacy, in 2000 – from the University of Birmingham.
