Thailand introduces visa-free regime for citizens of Uzbekistan
Citizens of Uzbekistan will now be able to stay in Thailand for up to 60 days without a visa.

The Thai government has approved measures aimed at developing the Kingdom's tourism industry. Specifically, it was announced that the visa regime has been abolished for tourists from 36 countries, emphasizing that the list of countries allowed visa-free entry into Thailand has expanded from 57 to 93.
Among the 36 countries whose tourists have the opportunity to visit Thailand without a visa are Uzbekistan, China, India, Kazakhstan, and others.
Previously, citizens of Uzbekistan were eligible to stay in Thailand for up to 30 days with a Visa on Arrival. It cost 2,000 Thai Baht, which is around $60.
