With the support of the country’s embassy, a practical trip to Uzbekistan was organized for a delegation consisting of representatives of the British NEU Professionals recruiting agency, the Royal College of Nursing, Coventry University and the “Specialist Language Courses” center.
According to Dunyo IA, during the trip, the British side held meetings with Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Poverty Reduction and Employment, Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, Ministry of Health, Tashkent Medical Academy and Medicon University in Samarkand.
As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached on recruiting more than 10,000 representatives of the medical field from Uzbekistan to prestigious hospitals in Britain by training them in foreign languages and paying a monthly salary of 3,000 dollars. Also, at the press conference held with the participation of representatives of the NEU Professionals recruiting agency, the employer’s requirements and the procedure for working in this country were explained in detail.
The British side noted that representatives of the Uzbek medical field, including nurses, will not be limited to working as mid-level medical staff, but will have the opportunity to grow in terms of their duties based on their abilities, aspirations, experience and knowledge of the language.
NEU Professionals recruiting agency was established in 2013 to help recruit foreign medical professionals for Oxford University Hospital and other medical institutions in the UK. The company is engaged in the supply of medical professionals from abroad to England and Wales.
