According to the press service of the Khorezm regional prosecutor’s office, the incident occurred on April 17 of this year.

According to the case materials, a resident of the “Khamjikhatlik” mahalla in the city of Urgench, born in 1986, called her friend, born in 1975, to her home. At home, a conflict arose between them over money, as a result of which the hostess strangled the guest with a handkerchief.

After the crime, the suspect dug a hole in the courtyard of her house and buried the body of the deceased in it.

The woman is currently detained. A pre-investigation check is being carried out on this fact.
