Uzbektelecom and Unitel head the list of top taxpayers in Uzbekistan
Enterprises in the service, construction, trade, and manufacturing sectors have contributed over 97 trillion UZS in taxes to the budget.

In 2023, 166,938 taxpayers in the service sector paid over 27.5 trillion UZS, with 4.8 trillion UZS accounted for by 20 organizations.
Uzbektelecom remains the leader with 1.07 trillion UZS, followed by Unitel with 842.6 billion UZS
The list also includes Uzbekistan Airways with 651.5 billion UZS and Uzbekistan Railways with 312.4 billion UZS. These two companies among the top 20 largest enjoy the majority of tax incentives (71%) with 1.68 trillion UZS and 1 trillion UZS, respectively.
Taxpayers in the construction sector paid 8.4 trillion UZS over this period, with more than 1 trillion UZS belonging to 20 companies. Notably, Discover Invest paid 137.6 billion UZS, Agromir Buildings – 93.6 billion UZS, and Mimar Group – 92.3 billion UZS.
The total amount of tax incentives was 1.43 trillion UZS. The largest taxpayers were allocated 69.3 billion UZS, of which 56.2 billion UZS (81%) were for JSC Trest-12.
Legal entities in the trade sector paid 20.3 trillion UZS in taxes. Tax incentives amounted to 10 trillion UZS.
The largest taxpayers were Anglesey Food (korzinka.uz) with 208.8 billion UZS, Intermax Petroleum with 122.9 billion UZS, Tashkent Tobacco Distribution with 119 billion UZS, Nestle Food with 110.4 billion UZS, and Tashkent Trade Center (formerly "Abu Sahiy" market) with 108 billion UZS.
Manufacturing enterprises paid over 41 trillion UZS in taxes last year, with 18.9 trillion UZS coming from 20 taxpayers.
The largest taxpayers remain Uzbekneftegaz with 4.78 trillion UZS, UzAuto Motors with 2.52 trillion UZS, and UzBAT with 2.39 trillion UZS.
