These inspectors are now authorized to hold individuals accountable for administrative offenses such as failing to fulfill their duties in the upbringing and education of children. The enhanced powers also cover offenses related to consuming tobacco or alcoholic products in public places and involvement in the antisocial behavior of minors.
Additionally, inspectors working on issues related to women's protection in the internal affairs bodies have been granted the authority to officially document administrative offenses for breaches of protective orders. These orders pertain to cases of harassment, violence, or inclinations towards such actions.
With these extended powers, the inspectors for the protection of women and children within the internal affairs bodies are better equipped to enforce regulations designed to safeguard the wellbeing of vulnerable groups in society.
