During the meeting, the guest of the Young Diplomats Club gave a lecture on the topic of relations between Uzbekistan and the United States in the fields of politics, trade and economics, and also answered questions of interest to students.
During the lecture, the ambassador noted that Uzbekistan is an important partner of the United States in ensuring stability, prosperity and security in the Central Asian region. One of the most important areas of interaction between the two countries is trade and economic partnership. Both countries are trying to strengthen economic relations, seeking to expand trade and economic ties.
“Next year, a significant increase in the volume of bilateral trade is expected, given that today in Uzbekistan there are ample opportunities for business initiatives that can significantly increase the scale of trade and economic interaction,” the ambassador said.
