34 members of a criminal group arrested in Tashkent region
During an operative event, it was found out that these persons were illegally storing 13 firearms.

During raids carried out by special services and law-enforcement agencies in Tashkent region to stabilize the criminal situation, 34 members of the criminal group were arrested, 11 of them were prosecuted, and 23 were administratively detained, the press service of the Tashkent regional DIA reports.
“During the event, it was identified that these persons illegally kept 13 pneumatic and hunting weapons, ammunition and electroshockers, knives of different sizes and shapes, kastets and bits.
In the fight against drug addiction, more than 50 cases were uncovered, illegal circulation of 11 kg of narcotic drugs and 8,703 psychotropic and powerful drugs was prevented,” the report said.
The rule of law was ensured by arresting 64 wanted persons who had committed a crime and hid from the investigative bodies during the rapid search measures. 2 missing citizens were found and returned to their families.
Currently, special-raid activities are being continued.
