Foreign Minister Saidov holds talks with ambassadors of Japan and South Korea
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov yesterday received the ambassadors of Japan and the Republic of Korea.

During the talks with Japanese Ambassador Takashi Hatori, issues of intensifying ties between the business circles of the two countries were discussed.
“There are large untapped opportunities in our bilateral relations, especially in the economic sector. Together with Mr. Ambassador, we emphasized the need to intensify high-level exchanges, promote close ties between business circles, and take other joint measures in the near future,” Saidov wrote in his Telegram channel.
At the meeting with the Ambassador of Korea Kim Hee-sang, the parties considered strengthening the special strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea and achieving more tangible results.
“We reviewed the schedule of upcoming events at various levels,” the minister said.
