SSS detains man who tried to circulate 250 million soums of counterfeit bills in Tashkent region
The State Security Service has arrested a man who tried to put into circulation more than 250 million soums worth of counterfeit bills in the Tashkent region.

The SSS conducted a mobile event in cooperation with the Regional Customs and Internal Affairs Departments in the Bekabad district.
During the search operation, a resident of the Syrdarya region was detained.
Reportedly, he wanted to sell 250,800,000 soums of counterfeit bills (each bill with a face value of 100,000 soums) for 100,000,000 soums.
Currently, investigations are ongoing.
