Qanot Sharq Airlines plans to launch flights on the Tashkent-Madrid-Tashkent route, Spot writes with reference to Aviacionline.
Flights should begin on March 9, 2024 – before the start of the new summer air navigation season. Flights between the capitals of Uzbekistan and Spain will be carried out on an Airbus A321neo aircraft, designed for 202 passengers.
Flights will be operated every week – on Saturdays. Schedule:
Departure from Tashkent - 13:45, arrival in Madrid - 18:15;
Departure from Madrid - 19:35, arrival in Tashkent - 6:55.
One-way fares start at $380 (as of October 24).
Qanot Sharq was created in 1998 and positions itself as the first private air carrier in Uzbekistan. In 2003-2012, the company leased Il-76 aircraft from Uzbekistan Airways and operated its own charter flights.
